Guest speaker, Gerontologist Ellen M. Luby

As we age, it can be very meaningful to write our life stories. Our guest speaker, Gerontologist Ellen M. Luby, will explain how to approach this process and review the themes and questions that can help awaken memories.Writing one’s life story can help seniors and adult children make sense of the past and contemplate the future, even for those with cognitive decline.

Mornings with Masonicare at Mystic

Join us the first Wednesday of each month for refreshments and to learn all that Masonicare at Mystic has to offer. Meet some of our residents and tour our beautiful new community. Join Our New Caregiver Support Group

Third Wednesday of the month from 6:00 - 7:30 pm.

This group will provide a safe place for caregivers, family and friends of persons with Alzheimer's or other dementias to:

  • Develop a support system.
  • Exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions.
  • Talk through issues and ways of coping.
  • Share feelings, needs and concerns.
  • Learn about community resources.
